In 2014, Charles co-founded Michel/Fabian a design studio exploring science-inspired utensils to guide consumers towards healthier and more mindful consumptions.
Recently, Charles co-founded Mission:Space Food, where he is Chief Innovation Officer.
MSF is a Flavour Innovation laboratory to design breakthrough food products for Space Exploration that can also provide solutions for challenges on Earth.
